Project Overview
Tashes Ankh Caribbean Cuisine experienced a surge in customer demand that quickly outgrew its original, smaller facility. With an overwhelmingly positive response to its flavorful Caribbean dishes, the restaurant needed more space to keep up with its growing customer base. Northstar Commercial Construction worked closely with the owners to support their move into a larger facility at a separate location in Randallstown, Maryland. Through this Caribbean cuisine construction project in Randallstown, Northstar helped the restaurant expand its capacity, accommodate continued business growth, and serve more customers while bringing its popular Caribbean flavors to a larger audience.
Project Challenges
One of the primary challenges was helping Tashes Ankh Caribbean Cuisine transition from a smaller space that could no longer keep pace with its unexpectedly rapid growth. Strong customer demand created an opportunity to expand, but the new location needed to provide the additional space and functionality required to serve more customers efficiently.
